I got the interview through a Staffing Agency and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview and a 1:1 Interview.

After applying online I was contacted and about a week later I had a phone interview that lasted for almost an hour. It was more of a conversation than an interview, and I did fairly well, we didn't click though and I didn't feel very excited about the job.
I got a promise about getting back to me which they didn't keep, expected of course, but I think that's common curtesy. After applying to other jobs where they've stalled for 2 months now, I no longer consider jobs at Expedia.
