Very Easy Interview
I applied through a staffing agency and the process took a day - interviewed at Expedia in November 2009.
Interview Details – 1 Interview.
Was mislead about the job function and department.
Was offered job without even trying.
Hiring manager was to be laid off soon and didn't care who was hired.

Negotiation Details – There was none
I applied online and the process took 5 days - interviewed at Expedia in November 2010.
Interview Details – The hiring manager was very friendly, but the group panel was a little intense, consisting of about 8 people, some in the room, others on a video conference call. Very technical oriented, with little personality style questions. Felt a little beat up after the interview and wasn't sure if I had done well. Seemed like a good, friendly open culture though based on how the group panel interacted with each other.
Interview Question – Asked to review a network diagram and go through the routing logic in detail. Answer Question
Reason for Declining – Another opportunity presented itself that was a better fit.
