Interviewed Feb 2008 in Seattle, WA (took a day)
Met company representatives at a job fair at Western Washington University. Talked with one of them for a while and handed in a resume. I received a phone call a few weeks later and had a phone interview setup. After a half hour phone interview an in person interview was setup at their offices in Seattle. The office is nice, looks professional, everything very clean. The interview was with two sets of two people, the questions fit the questions for an Intern that doesn't really know what he is looking for (which was good for me as I didn't really know) but they got to know me as a person to figure out how well I would do. Culture is the thing I didn't like, it is uptight, everyone wears business professional, guys wear ties, upper managements adds a jacket to that. Got a phone call next business day saying I got the Internship and I accepted.
Be sure to dress up for them and if you are wearing a jacket that isn't a business jacket, do not hang it over your chair, that is frowned upon.

Interviewed Apr 2009 in Seattle, WA (took 3 weeks)
Application for the position was easy. I was called shortly after and offered a phone interview. Phone interview was about 30 minutes and very casual. Within a week I was offered an in person interview. The in person interview was simple and made me feel very comfortable. They seemed to be interested more in who I was, how I thought, and in my social skills than in my resume.
