Interviewed Jan 2011 in New York, NY (took a day)
I contacted HR via email after reading a posting on their website. I was invited for an interview. Upon arrival, I was asked to complete a paper application describing my previous positions, and giving a short, written statement on why I would be a good candidate for the job. I briefly interviewed with with the HR manager, who took me to interview with the department manager. The interview was fairly simple and focused on my customer service abilities.

Interviewed Jan 2009 in Seattle, WA (took 3 weeks)
First was a 45 minute phone interview with two people. They asked basic Java questions and my background. The two people conducting the interview were very easy going and easy to talk with.
A week later was the technical interview which consisted of a panel interview of four people. The technical interview was pretty easy -- some design questions and looked over some code to pick out bugs/enhancements. This lasted about an hour and a half.
A week later was the management interview which consisted of another panel of four people -- all managers. They asked basic questions about my background and how I handle certain situations. This lasted about an hour.
The office was very clean and professional looking. The people were very easy going; I normally would have been very nervous with the panel interview but they made me feel relaxed.

Interviewed Oct 2009 in Seattle, WA (took 2 days)
After an initial phone interview, I came in onsite for an in person interview. Their location is centrally located downtown, and their office had a very non-descript corporate feeling. The front desk person was very professsional and polite. I only waited about 10 minutes before the person I had spoken to during my first interview met me and took me to the office where the interview was held.
My general impressions were that I had the qualifications that they desired but perhaps due to my appearances, they had already seem to heading to a no-go for the 'fit'. Mind you, I had already researched their company and read previous reviews via 'Indeed' about their corporate culture being very formal for a IT tech job. The entire interview lasted no more than 1 hr and their was a prefunctionary tour of their beige and Officespace-esque cubiclelands.

Interviewed Mar 2011 in Detroit, MI (took 4+ weeks)
I had two interviews with Expeditors. Both went very well and they didn;t grill me with ridiculous questions that you just make up answers to because they are so out there. The questions that were asked were to the point and relevent. There is also a background check that is being done
