I applied online and the process took 2 weeks - interviewed at Expeditors in March 2012.
Interview Details – Interview consists of 3 steps: phone screen, technical interview, and behavior interview. Technical interview was pretty easy. They put a lot of emphasis on behavior interview with questions like what do you expect from your supervisor. They are very strict on dress code. Seems like a good long term option.

Negotiation Details – They gave a number more than I could find out on the internet. Lost a chance to negotiate other things.
-Does not matter what your degree is in, you can learn the system and perform the job.
-Benefits are solid, health insurance is not deducted from your pay check.
