Interviewed Jun 2008 in Costa Mesa, CA (took 2 weeks)
Initial contact from HR representative setting up a panel telephone interview. Progressed to a video conferenced panel interview with local group and remote dept members in TX. Two local managers present. All extremely cordial. One group member seemed to be a sort of technical lead as he asked most of those questions. Point seemed to be to find out at what point my technical knowledge lapsed.

Interviewed May 2008 in Costa Mesa, CA (took a day)
It's an internal job assignment compitition. Another senior colleague and I were assigned to help another business department and the department would like to select only one through the normal interview process. The interview went well and I got selected because my previous experiance was closer to what they need. The job ends in 6 months and I return to previous assignment.
