A customer was upset with a hair stylists hair cut and was complaining to me about it, I went and talk to the hair stylist and explained the situation, she offered to fix the problems, I offered the customer if she wanted another hair stylist to cut her hair, she accepted, after she was satisfied, we apologized for the inconvience, showered her with compliments and gave her a discount off the hair cut. All in all the customer left happy and she scheduled another appointement
