I explained a situation between my previous company's Machine Shop that was supplying the Weld Shop with parts. The weld shop claimed the parts were bad, causing them to make bad product. I took a few key people from the weld shop and machine shop and explained the situation to both parties, we found few bad parts, but overall the quality was within limits. We collected ideas to improve quality and implemented them. This helped solve the problem and opened the lines of communication between the shops..
