Interviewed Dec 2008 (took 2 days)
First was given a typing to test to verify I had the needed typing speed. It was easy for me but if you don't have the typing speed they are looking for you will not move on. I saw it happen. Then I met with the recruiter and was asked background (education, experience) and basic situational questions ("describe a time you had to....) Be prepared to have examples. He was very personable and I felt comfotable talking with him. Then I was given a tour of the building. Following that I met with the supervisor of the department I would be in. That was quick, just her looking over my resume and confirming what the recruiter told her. Then I was offered the position that day. I really enjoyed my time there, you can advance fairly quickly if you excel in your work. Beware that is is a cubicle job, you will be sitting in a box for 8 hours not talking and focusing on your productivity.

Interviewed Oct 2009 in Saint Louis, MO (took a day)
I submitted a resume and applications for several positions online. Within about a week's time (maybe less) I was informed by email that I was selected to go further in the interviewing process. The email also contained a questionnaire that I was given a few days to complete; it wanted to know how I'd handled certain scenarios at previous jobs, such as deadlines, working with difficult customers, etc. After the submission and review of my questionnaire I was contacted to set-up a time to come in for the skills assessment testing (data entry, mathematical aptitude, comprehension). It is important to go to the skills assessment prepared for an interview, as you may wind up with an interview that same day. After the skills assessment at Headquarters I was set up for an interview that same day, at the Earth City location. I was given the option to do it another day, FYI.
The interview was friendly and relaxed. I had two supervisors ask me questions that were somewhat similar to the questionnaire. They explained the job to me, as well as some of the benefits, and were overall very knowledgeable about the various topics.
I applied on 10/15. My interview was on 10/27. By 11/3, I'd received and accepted the offer.

Interviewed Jul 2009 in Saint Louis, MO (took a day)
Had a screening interview with a HR rep. Then schdeuled for a face to face interview with about 3 interviewers. But only one decided to show up on the interview day. Very basic interview for about 40 minutes. Had to call them multiple times after one month to find out that they are not interested. A quick email or letter indicating the results would been appriciated.

Interviewed Oct 2009 in Tempe, AZ (took 1 week)
I applied on the company's website for this position and was called by a recruiter within a few days to schedule an interview. The first step was to take a "Navitgation Test" , which consisted of navigating between application screens, entering data into various fields and following instructions. The second test consisted of listening to several simulated phone calls and entering data into a customer database.
Once I passed the tests, I met with a supervisor who asked about half a dozen "Describe a time when you...." questions, and told me about the work environment and duties of the PCA job. I then met with the recruiter again who told me that she would call me next week to officially offer me a position.

Interviewed Aug 2007 in Saint Louis, MO (took 2 weeks)
I had two phone interviews before my in-person interview. The same HR person conducted both of these phone interviews at different times. My Express Scripts experience started to sour the second I was asked to come in for an in-person interview. My HR contact could not even provide me the address of the location I was supposed to go to! Express Scripts had 7 locations in the Saint Louis area at that time and the location I was going to had just opened. Her exact words were “I think it’s just 1 Express Scripts Drive” Because the facility was brand new, I couldn’t locate “Express Scripts Drive” on any maps so I was relying on her directions. She promised me that the building was right by the highway and I could see it from the highway. She also told me to call her if I had problems and she would be more than happy to assist me. I leave the day of the interview, follow HR’s directions, and there’s no Express Scripts! I call my HR contact and guess what? Even though I talked to her the day before, she neglected to tell me she’s on vacation for a week starting the day of my interview. So after talking to an Express Scripts operator, I realize my HR contact gave me the worst directions EVER. Not only could she not give me the address of the building, but she told me the building was located by the WRONG highway. So, needless to say I’m ½ an hour late to my interview. To make matters worse, the building is practically vacant when I arrive and the manager I was supposed to meet with left work at 2, my interview was at 4. His assistant interviewed me for all of 2 minutes and I could tell was totally pissed having to stay there until 4:30 on a Friday. She even told me that in the summer everyone usually leaves around 3 (Then why the F*** was my interview at 4?). When I finally walked out of Express Scripts at 4:43 I was completely convinced that I would rather wait tables than work for Express Scripts. They must have read my mind because I never heard from them again. No phone call, no letter, nada. They are the only company I’ve ever “interviewed” with (I use that term lightly here) that I’ve never received any type of response from.

Interviewed Feb 2008 in Phoenix, AZ (took 3 weeks)
I was contacted by the very professional in-house talent recruiter that saw my resume on a well known job board. I went through an initial screening. Prior to the hiring manager interview I was informed that an assessment "exam" would be required and I should not spend more than a predetermined amount of time to complete it. I succeeded in "passing" this additional level of screening and was then set up for a panel interview via phone. The interview consisted of several behavioral and experience-related questions presented by each participant and lasted approximately 1 hour. The experience was comfortable and I felt the interview was very successful. I did my due diligence and sent personal thank you notes to each person I spoke with. I followed up with the recruiter to summarize the interview and was informed that prior to the next interview phase, another "assessment" would be given and I would be contacted after all the candidates were interviewed.
At this point the experience took a nose dive, and I was not contacted for several weeks regarding the possibility for the final 1-on-1. I made several attemps to follow up with the recruiter and received no reply during that time. Soon thereafter, I received a standard turndown in the form of an email.
