Interviewed Apr 2008 (took 5 weeks)
The initial process after my employee referal was quite fast. Had an interview with HR which was professional. However, it took a long time to get an interview with the hiring manager. For a small company they need to be able to move quicker to hire great talent. Senior management interview went well but the company is stuck in a very crowded and competitive market.

Reason for Declining
Lack or career prospects and long-term financial stability is questionable.
