Interviewed Aug 2010 (took a day)
The whole process took about 3 hours to complete as there were 15 of us all crammed into a small room with a few computers and a tv. A presentation was shown on the company and then we took a words per minute test that required 23 wpm. As I was applying to their Hewlett Packard tech support I had to take a hardware test that anyone that has ever opened a computer up could pass. The one on one interview was easy as I could tell that they seem to hire almost everyone that walks in the door.

I Applied Online and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview, a Skills Test and a Background Check.
