First there is the resume and CV submission. After that, I was called up for the interview. I came to the headquarters in Singapore and was interviewed one-on-one by my future immediate supervisor. The interview went along nicely and my supervisor was really friendly. In the end I got the job.

Their interview was pretty typical consisting of behavior based questions that help to determine where you would like to get sent and which parts of the company would be best. The people that interviewed me were very friendly and seemed to enjoy what they do. They asked questions about teamwork and how you handle situations and problems.

My initial contact was made through a connection with the long-time school recruiter. Interview process was one full day of interviews at the office, with a dinner the night before. No possibility of extending the visit to get a feeling for the area.

Need to be very prepared for the interview. Lots of behavioral based questions!! Study and have as many answers to these types of questions as possible. Plan to interview with at least 5 different people all asking different questions. A lunch or dinner will most likely be involved, be natural, but don't slip with your guard, stay professional. It will be a full day. Don't just elaborate on technical items, need to show some decent personality traits and the abilty to contritube to a team environment. Have examples for all these types of situations.

my skills were not enough to empress the. They need a minimum GPA of 3.7 no exception which doesnt make sense because I had a relative experience that would have benefited them!

The interview was ok. Lots of useless talk. Some pretty hard questions about technical aspects of the job. Two people interviewed me. Both were previously in the trade I was applying for. Fairly easy interview as long as you're relaxed and know you're stuff. They seem like they're there to spot the liars and fakes.
