Interviewed Jan 2012 (took 2 days)
For the first round, candidates were invited to a group dinner with the interviewer before the interview. The interview was more like behavior interview, just talked about education, previous work experience and examples of teamwork, leadership, etc. The second round was the last round, but including three 1-on-1 interviews given by managers at the headquarter office. The process was just as the same as the first round.

Interviewed Nov 2011 in Houston, TX (took 2 days)
At the onsite visit there were three forty minute interviews with managers. These interviews consisted of multiple questions regarding behavior, leadership, and analytical skills, but they do not ask technical questions. The interviews are not bad at all. The managers are very personable and you have plenty of time in between them so you never feel rushed. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience.

Interviewed Oct 2011 (took a day)
I had an on-campus interview with ExxonMobil for a potential Ph.D. engineering position. The interview was one-on-one and lasted about an hour. The interviewer was very friendly and upfront about how the interview would be conducted. I felt like my interview went relatively well but was not offered a follow-up interview. Most of the questions were fairly standard behavioral interview questions, and there were no off-the-wall or oddball questions.

Interviewed May 2011 (took 1 week)
After the online application, I received an email from the company HR. I was informed that my first round of application was successful and the subsequent procedures of the application. After one day, I had the telephone interview with my future supervisor. During the interview, I was questioned my understanding of the position and some behavior questions. I waited one week after the tele-interview and got the offer.

Interviewed Nov 2009 in Melbourne (Australia) (took 4+ weeks)
Interview at university, then a phone follow up, followed by another interview at the head office. Inital interviews were with a senior engineer and follow up interviews with no less than two people, Each candidate had a buddy who would look after us during the interview process. Very professional organisation and I would recommend to anyone.
