Declined Offer – Interviewed in Seattle, WA Mar 2009 – Reviewed May 20, 2009
Interview Details – I first had a phone screen which was too easy for anyone who's been in the field. I guess they just wanted to filter out the real candidates. The questions ranged from "How would you debug a network issue and what tools would you use?", "What is the difference between a hub and a switch?", "What is silly window syndrome?. It felt like he was reading the questions of off a list and he ran out of questions pretty quick.
