Multiple tests and interviews over a year long process. I passed several of the stages including the pft only to get a generic email saying that I didn’t pass the phase 2 interview and that they were not going to give me a numerical score or reason why I failed. I wouldn’t recommend that most people apply as your odds of being hired are extremely low and it takes a very long time and lots of effort to get through the many phases. It also seems that they have a lot of candidates in the pool by phase 2 knowing that most will be cut, which is sort of cruel as candidates have to work so hard to get to the final stage.

after the initial online eligibility checks, there are multiple online tests, a zoom interview/orientation and then an in person panel interview combined with another online test submission. After that a conditional offer would be extended.

The interview is a standard oral board panel with several individuals taking turns to ask questions. I can't give specifics related to the questions because of an NDA required as part of the process; however, prepare for standard STAR interview with real life examples of prior experiences.
