Interviewed Apr 2011 in Rockville, MD (took 2 weeks)
Got a phone from the headhunter. I passed a simple phone screen. Then FINRA assigned a technical test about multi-threading to me. I passed it and got the on-site interview. The on-site interview took about 4 hours. There were continuous group interviews. They asked my about my background and experience. In addition, they also asked me about Hibernate, inner/outer joins, garbage collection, thread accumulation, etc.

I got the interview through a Staffing Agency and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a Group/Panel Interview and a Skills Test.
