Interviewed Sep 2010 (took 3 months)
2 different interviews; 1 with HR and the other with engineers. The HR ladies were ruthless and tore apart everyone I talked to who also had the interview. The technical interview went extremely well though.

Interviewed Oct 2009 in Atlanta, GA (took 2 weeks)
The first round interview consisted of a 1 on 1 interview with a manager from the local office. Questions were mainly behavioral and half the interview time was spent talking about matters outside of the job (ie football) and took about 30min. The main point of the interview seemed to be aimed on determining whether or not the candidate was compatible with the training program. The second round of the interview process consisted of an on-site interview at the office that was in need of people. The interview consisted of talking to a number of different managers on site as well as the HR personnel about training, work environment, willingness to travel, and the benefits. The interview also consisted of a very light personality test and an informal lunch with current staff. All questions were mainly behavioral and focused on passed experience listed on resume. Overall the interview process was very positive and relaxed. The managers seem to evaluate each candidate based on both their resume experience and personality, both being weighted equally.

Negotiation Details
The offer was non negotiable but very competitive. Even though the salary offered was not the highest of all offers received, the benefits package more than makes up for it.
Other Details
