I got the chance for interview by the recommendation from my friend. The day before the phone interview,HR assistant called me to set up the phone interview time. The phone interview last about 40min.

Get interview through college job site. Fairly casual interview mainly to see if the applicant is fit for a field engineering, very independent and observant position. Asked mostly about resume and past experience.

I applied online through my University's website and was selected for an on-campus interview. I attended the interview and shortly after (30 minutes) received a phone call asking if I could come in for a second interview the following day. I went in for the second interview and interviewed with two managers (one technical, the second behavioral) and took a personality test. They also gave me a photo and asked me to write down whatever came to my mind regarding the photo.

2 different interviews; 1 with HR and the other with engineers. The HR ladies were ruthless and tore apart everyone I talked to who also had the interview. The technical interview went extremely well though.

Interviewed in person for a position in one city, but that was full, so they referred me to another office to do a phone interview. After asking for transcripts and a letter of recommendation, they turned me down without wanting to meet with me in person.

Company posted a job description on my University career services website and scheduled a day of on-campus interviews approximately 1 month later. I submitted my resume and was selected for a priority interview. The interviewer was very easy to talk to and asked a number of behavoral questions. I was told they would likely only select the to 2 or 3 candidaites out of the 12 that were interviewing for a more detailed follow-up interview. The e-mailed me a week later and told me they were persuing other applicants.
