Interviewed Dec 2008 (took 4 weeks)
You start off with a phone interview and they ask you basic questions to go over your resume. Afterward you meet with the person who will be your boss for the first interview. They asked me basic questions like what's your biggest weakness and asked me to talk about my past experiences doing bank recs, booking journals, etc. Had a second interview and was basically to go over my resume again and to meet everyone in the office.
