Interviewed Sep 2011 in New York, NY (took 2+ weeks)
I would describe the process as very strange. The head of the art department was very difficult to get ahold of after he first responded to my application. He was very distracted and answered a phonecall that took a long time to wrap up. He liked my work in general but said that Cinema 4D was not software package they use and that I would need to learn Maya. Offered on site training and classes. Long story short, starting salary was too low and I would need to start on Photoshop and work up to Maya even though I know Cinema4D already.
