3 part process
- First Round - relatively straightforward numerical/financial/excel test to determine your skill level.
- Second Round - 1-1 interviews with HR and senior consultant, quite laid back and conversational, went through CV and knowledge of the company and role itself
- Final Round - 3 hour interview with director level employees from investment banking and investment management teams. A brief 'test' on the actual software tool the company provides and a listen in on a call from a client.
Other Details
I Applied Online and the interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview, a Group/Panel Interview, a Presentation, an IQ/Intelligence Test and a Skills Test.
