Interviewed Dec 2011 (took a day)
First I got a screening call from an HR person. She just asked me a little bit about my resume, and then set up a phone interview. In the phone interview, I mainly discussed past projects I have done, and answered questions that the interviewer asked of me. About a week after the phone interview, I was contacted by the HR person again, and was asked to come in for a face-to-face interview. The face-to-face interview took about 5 hours, where I interviewed with about 5 different people. One of the interviews took place over lunch. Most of the questions asked were about past projects I have worked on. However, one of the interviews was a technical interview where I was asked about some basics of credit scoring. After my face-to-face interview, I was contacted about a week later with an offer.

Interviewed Nov 2010 (took 2 weeks)
A few days after I applied online, I had a phone interview with HR, followed by a technical interview with two hiring managers, and the following week an onsite interview which started at 10 am and lasted until 3 pm. The onsite interview started with a skills test, one-on-one interviews, lunch, and group interviews (some interviewers on the phone). On-site interviewers asked about past internships and papers, also asked behavioral questions. They took notes which they later shared with HR, which offered me the position the next morning.

Interviewed Jan 2011 (took 1+ week)
The interview process was two phone screenings, one by Human Resources, and another technical interview by the hiring manager. After that I was called in for a 5:1 interview process that included both the hiring manager, Director, QA Architect, and two Engineers. The interview went for almost 2 hours strait. After which I went and did a one on one interview with the director to conclude the process. After about a week, I was informed that they would like to bring me on, but not as a Senior Engineer, but just an Engineer. I declined that offer and moved on.
