    I applied in-person. The process took 3+ monthsinterviewed at Fairchild Semiconductor (Lapu-Lapu City (Philippines)) in June 2012.

    Interview

    1. Submit an application letter.
    2. The Human Resource Officer will contact you for an entrance examination if ever the position you're applying is open. - IQ Examination.
    3.After passing the Examination, there will be a series of interviews (3-4 interviews), but before the first interview, you will be given a short analytical test. 1st interview would be with the prospect department; 2nd will most likely be with the heads of each department, then security interview.
    4. If ever you pass, then you will be asked for the necessary pre-employment requirements.
