Firstly the interview is from the introduce myself, including the education background, working experience, interesting, and the most concerning-- expected salary and other benefit. Centanly, here is some question about my current incoming. As their policy, they care if I am from the auto industry, but no any professinal question about it. Because the interviewer is shot of the relative acknowledge.
