Interviewed Jan 2012 in Branson, MO (took a day)
This was one of the best interviews I've ever had. All of the questions were positive and clear, which made it easy to answer in a simple and straight-forward manner. I really appreciated that for a change. There seems to be a penchant for asking all negative questions or the majority of the questions being negative. When I say negative, I mean about negative experiences in the workplace or negative in the sense of trying to trip you up or make it difficult to come up with an answer on the spot. The interviewer was very nice and easy to relate to. The interviewer was complimentary and an all-around nice person and a real human being that didn't make you feel like you were in an inferior position. When I selected, Interviewed, No Offer for this survey, it's because the interview just happened and I won't hear back for one week. I have confidence I'll hear back one way or the other from this company instead of the norm of not letting anyone know their status other than the person hired.
