Interview Details –
Applied online, took about a month from them to call to set up an interview, went to the inter view with the DM in one district a week later had an interview in another district with a store manager. At the end of that interview she was going to give her feedback to the DM of her district about having me skip the ASM position and go right into the SM position.
Still Awaiting feedback from the other DM.
Interview Question – The difficult question was not a question as a task, I was sent to a store of my choice and I had to conduct an assessment on that store looking and the pro and the con's and how I would fix the con's. Answer Question
