Family Video Customer Service Representative Interview

Interview Details – Spoke with a very young individual who did not even introduce himself. Asked about my hobbies, movie & gaming preferences and strayed from my qualifications and questions concerning the job. All questions that I answered on the application were asked again as if the store manager did not bother to look at the application prior to my interview appointment. To top if off the interview was held on the sales floor amongst customers and other employees.
