Interviewed May 2010 in Washington, DC (took a day)
I had a feeling that I was not qualified for the job because I did not have a technical background, but the contact person in HR insisted that I would do fine. My background is largely in loan origination, loan servicing, and default operations. The position required someone who had experience with the Software Development Life Cycle and experience with SAS or SQL. I had neither. The first question had to do with whether I used the software development life cyle methodology in my day-to-day life. I did not. Since I didn't, the interview came to a screeching halt.
