I applied through college or university – interviewed at Fannie Mae.

Interview Details

There were two round of interviews. The first one was a campus interview and lasted for 30 minutes. It went well and was mainly behavioral. Two weeks later, I was invited for a second round interview in the office. This consisted of three 45 minute interviews. These were also behavioral and focused on the resume.

Everything went really well. I was very impressed with Fannie Mae. They told me they would make a decision the day of my interview. The next week I was told I was one of two and after that there was no communication from them.

They have a behavioral and a Technical interview with the hiring manager
