Interview Details

Set up for phone interview with recruiter. Shortly afterwards was invited to company headquarters in D.C. Interview consisted of almost exclusively behavioral questions with a focus on how I think the company will progress/ where company is headed. It was a panel interview with 3 senior members of the team I would be working for.
