Interviewed Sep 2011 in New York, NY (took 3 weeks)
I applied and got a call within a week from the application by an internal recruiter. Was scheduled to come in within a week to meet with the recruiter who gave me thorough info on the company, culture, environment, work and then meet with a couple people in the hiring panel to get more insight on the day to day of the role.

Interviewed May 2011 in New York, NY (took 4 weeks)
I was initially contacted by an internal recruiter for a telephone interview. Upon completion of the phone interview, I was asked for a copy of my resume and told told my information would be forwarded to a department manager. Several days later, I was called for a face-to-face interview. We set-up the interview for a convenient day and time and I arrived 1/2 hour early, as I always try to do. My wait was only about 10 minutes and I was introduced to the recruiter, two managers and a team leader. The interview lasted about 45 minutes but was very abstract. The recruiter was not part of the interview nor was there any representation from HR. The questions were not specific to any position I would be offered, but were very generic. There was no structure to the interview at all. Approximately 15-20 minutes into the interview, I was introduced to the Sr. VP of Operations and asked about the importance of sales, sales training and charity. When the Sr. VP and one of the managers were through, they left the room (only 10 minutes later). The balance of the interview was more of a casual conversation. There was no skills testing whatsoever. I would expect that a company of this size would want to make sure they were looking for people that would require training in specific proprietary tools, but not people that have little or no experience in the field and would require a thorough industry training curriculum. Surprisingly, there was not even a personality assessment to make sure I was a "people person" which should be required for any position within a call center environment, from the representative, team leader, manager, director, VP, president, CTO, CIO, CFO to the CEO. Granted, this company has grown quickly, but they really need to totally re-organize from a mom & pop business to a business with over 1300 employees. I did accept a position offerred and like working here.

Interviewed Jul 2011 in New York, NY (took 2 days)
I was contacted by an internal recruiter that did a prelim screening for a Director position. The position sounded great and the location was not bad. I told the recruiter my salary requirements and he submitted me to the hiring manager for review.
I was scheduled for an interview with the new CTO a week later. At the last minute they changed my interview as the CTO wanted me to come in earlier. I obliged and made it to the interview at the earlier time. To my chagrin the CTO was not there yet and I had to wait 30 minutes for him to arrive. Once he arrived. He interviewed me for all of 20 minutes asking me questions about my background.
During interviews I like to also ask questions to see if the position will be a good fit for me as well.
As I asked questions of the CTO and the opportunity I could see the CTO was both new and very weak. As someone who has worked at large organizations for very prestigious CIO/CTOs in the past I saw this as a big alarm.
After the interview, i was told to wait longer to speak with the head of HR but since no conference rooms were available. (Very poor scheduling and respect of a candidates time) I had to wait for her to "clean her office". So I waited another 30 minutes to interview with the head of HR for 15 minutes as she asked very generic IT based questions. All in all i could not wait to leave the office as I saw that I was the only professional person of the 4 people I interacted with during my interview process there.
The company is growing very rapidly but needs to improve the culture before attracting top flight talent that can take it and guide it through this growth.
Interview Questions
Reason for Declining
I did research on the company and the employees via LinkedIN and my network of peers. They all had negative things to say about the company. The new CTO was very weak and very arrogant. I inquired about his track record from industry connects and did not feel he would last long at the company. The company is known to fire people at a whims notice. All this contributed to not accepting the offer.

I got the interview through a Recruiter and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview and a 1:1 Interview.

Interviewed Nov 2009 in Gurgaon, Haryana (India) (took 2+ weeks)
It was only 20 member organization when I joined. I was interviews by Technology Head & Admin Head as there was no HR at that time. Admin head is a lady & she really don't want that anyone will join in the organization in HR. I have cleared all the rounds & has been promised to get offer in 2 days, but she didn't offer & went on holidays. When Technology Head called me to check about my joining than he came to know that my offer is still pending & he released my offer on the same day
