Interviewed May 2011 in Monrovia, CA (took 1+ week)
First I applied online via their website. I received a phone call from a recruiter about 3 weeks following my application. He asked me about my availability so he could conduct a phone interview. About 3 days later he conducted the phone interview. It was actually a little challenging and involved a few behavioral based questions and other basic interview question such as degree info and job history. it lasted about 10- 15 minutes. He actually gave me feed back and told me to Google behavioral based interview questions for my second in person panel style interview. He told me I would receive a call to schedule a in person panel interview. I received a call a few days later and we set up the panel interview to primarily be based on behavioral based question format. So I studied behavioral based interview questions and figured I was well prepared.
I actually got lost going to the interview (thanks to east and west of the same darn street. I had to call to ask for directions ( already 3 nails on the coffin , and consequently I was 5 minutes late) So starting off on a bad foot by being late made me more tense and nervous and sweaty. Then I walked into the interview room and there were two ladies and two guys to perform the interview ( I thought oh this should be fun!!) So the interview started and they started alternating asking me questions (oh which 85 % had not properly prepared for) So the interview went bad and I knew i did not get the job. They told me "we will call you if we decide you are the right fit) I thought sure you will!! so that's about it

Interviewed Mar 2011 in Los Angeles, CA (took 3 weeks)
I started out with a phone interview, passed the skills tests, and then had a panel interview with six panelists. The interview was done with behavioral interviewing questions. I was given plenty of notice to research and practice for the behavioral interviewing questions. The interview was very professional and I was given ample time for explanation and to ask the list of questions I had made up for the interview. All six panelists were very polite and the mood in the conference room put me at ease during the interview. I felt that all the questions asked were fair and were relevent to the position.

Interviewed Jul 2010 in Los Angeles, CA (took a day)
I applied for the position online. A recruiter called me for a quick phone interview. She literally said that the job description was inaccurate and explained a little bit more about the position. She referred me to the hiring manager. Three days later I get a call form the hiring manager. She further explained the position and I found out that it was only a temporary position! She said it would be full time for 2-4 months only. I told her this would be fine and we set up an interview for later that day. I met her and she asked a few questions, then had me write a story. The position requires a lot of writing, so she also asked me to e-mail her a writing sample.

Interviewed Nov 2009 in Los Angeles, CA (took 2 weeks)
I felt overall that the interview process was pretty good. I think my recruiter did a good job of assessing my skills and determining whether I would be a good fit for the company and the position. I did think the process dragged a bit though. I had a phone screen with the recruiter and another one with the hiring manager before I was brought on site. I had a panel interview and also met with the hiring manager again. What is the point of speaking with the hiring manager on the phone, just to have him grill you again when you meet him. That part seemed like a waste of time. In general, I'm not a big fan of panel interviewing because it can be impersonal. I don't think it really allows candidates to shine.

Interviewed May 2009 in Los Angeles, CA (took 2 weeks)
Contacted by Human Resources Recruiter after submitting my resume online. The key to the initial contact appeared to be the employee referral not my background and experience as it related to the job. I was invited to participate in a telephone screen with a human resources representative inorder to determine if a fit really existed. After about 20 minutes of dialogue it was determinedthat there was indeed a fit and the recruiter then assured me that my resume would be submitted to the hiring manager and recommended for consideration for the Product Manager position.
