Interviewed Feb 2011 in San Francisco, CA (took 2+ weeks)
It was a standard Behavior Based Interview. The first interview was with a recruiter. She gave me an email saying what the salary range was for the position,(45k-55k). She asked me what I wanted and I said 55k. Once she was satisfied, I got a face-to-face interview with the office manager and two supervisors. The interview was an hour and forty five minutes. I was an agent previously, so once they were done grilling me with situational based questions, they wanted me to be sure that I was never going to be rich and it was going to be very difficult to get a promotion. This was the part of the interview that they wanted to clear up their concerns about me. I also asked then pointed questions about the position. I could tell if it was a good question because their faces would light up. Questions such as: Do we still give estimates to people when we deny their claim? They loved that one. They also straight up asked me how much money I was expecting, and I mentioned that I had been told the range and felt that with my eduction and experience that I wanted 55k. She rebutted with 50k which I said was fine. They I was then invited for another interview with the office manager and the other two supervisors. That interview was thirty minutes long. Even though at al stages I pushed for a decision from them on whether I got the job, it wasn't until after the final interview did I get an email with a job offer.

Interviewed May 2011 (took 2 weeks)
Applied online, was sent the testing via email. After passing the tests, received an email to email the Phone Interviewer to request an interview. The interviewer called me to schedule an interview for 4 days later. Passed the phone interview, the local Branch Manager called 20 minutes later to schedule an in person panel interview for 2 weeks later.
It was a 7 person panel interview, there were 3 of us interviewing, they split us up and we were each interviewed by 3 people at a time.
We were all told we would hear something within 2 weeks. The two isn't up yet, so don't know if I got it just yet.
