Upon applying for the position, I was interviewed by a keyholder, a second interview with the Store Manager and third with the DIstrict Manager went well. Initial impression was that the keyholder was the person in charge above the actual store manager. The interview area was a breakroom and was untidy. There was a distinct difference in work culture when the DM was present.

It was actually pleasant...for an interview. The manager was friendly, and she didn't ask any of the goofy questions that most employers insist on asking. One question she did ask was, "What can you add to the team?" A valid question, I believe. She was honest about what the job entails and about the fact that it is minimum wage to start. However there is room to move up. The interview only lasted for about 15-20 minutes. She didn't seem bothered by the fact that I was let go from my last job due to attendance. I explained that there had been a lot of family issues at the time and that those issues no longer exist. She was totally understanding about the fact that I have two standing appointments a month that I must keep. It was just a really positive interview...especially since less than a week later she called and offered me the job. It may not pay much, but in this economy I'm thrilled just to finally have a job.

i was called then came in for interview then i wanted an ast manger job then i took a drug test then filled out application then interviewed with district manager then the lp regional then the store manager then i went to work and it has not been a good experience.

Met with the person in charge of stores - seemed very competent and intelligent. HOWEVER, the head of HR was unprofessional and very negative. The building was rather rundown and the atmosphere seemed somewhat somber. I was surprised by the very casual work attire as this is a fashion company.

They just asked me the normal type of questions. "What would you do if an angry customer..." It was a real quick interview. The lady told me she was actually impressed that I dressed up for the interview. She said that most people didn't. That really should have made run right then and there.
