About two hours. The first part consisted of a few logic questions. Like how to get people across a bridge, how to sort beans by weight etc. Than we talked about the culture and our general lives. After that (45 mins an hour) i got a tour of their very nice office, they showed me their awards and clients and then we moved on

The company came to a career fair on campus and offered an interview for the next-day on the spot. The recruiter for the company is personable, sociable and absolutely friendly. The interview consisted of a 30-minute IQ and personality test, and another 30-minute interview. There were 3 interviewers including the recruiter, Leslie herself. Two of the interviewers asked skill-based questions. They don't expect you to know everything -- just the basic stuff like inheritance and object-oriented programming.

2 interviews.
one was with a local Computer Scientist and a representative form the HR.
After that I was flown to Denver for the headquarters and treated extremely well and with utmost generosity.
they booked a hotel and covered my flight and transportation expenses.
They were very friendly and welcoming...
