I went to a branch in portsmouth and interviewed with the manager there and then went to a suffolk store and worked there for six months and then moved to the portsmouth branch that i originally interviewed at and was promoted to outside sales representative i have been there for seven months now and i was not interviewed for the promotion

phone interview with branch manager, just some basic questions and a review of information that was on resume.. discaused different specifices on job history that relate to current opening. told me a little about the opening like what shift it was, some of the working conditions as well as a basic salery range.

Called me in and could immediately tell by the looks of the other employees I was not what they expected. I am black and in other locations I have ever been in all sales people were white. Manager even told me I was nothing like he expected from the sound of my voice. Interview went great and was told to expect to hear from manager the next day with more info. Never called and when I called, manager acted like he did not know who I was, took my name and number and said he would have to get back with me. I never called back again.

My interview consisted of the your basic google search "interview questions" and by the book straight down the line. This isn't a rocket science job. You will be suprised by how much money this company makes, and cuts you an eany meany pile a crap piece. You will hate it. Check out the turnover rate when you get a chance.

They were very interested over the phone, even excited, when arrived for the interview and they saw I was male, white and in my 50's the interview was cold and I new there was no chance at the job.
