I interviewed online - interviewed at Fastenal in May 2011.

Aply on line. You will have to take a test. If you pass it will say "If furthrr info needed they will contact you". If they are intrested the will contact by e-mail. You will have 2 interveiws. First to see your exprience and future goals. 2nd interveiw will be with general opperation manager to get a littke bit indepth of how much you know and if you are still interested in the job after seeingnthe shop

Negotiation Details
Really low. Figured i would work my way up. 6 months got my bonus $45. No raise. Diffrent position promissed no raise but $400-700 bonus. Wrong!! No raise bonus $55-$150. Read the papers you sign. He will be talking to you while you sign. Asking for more is like pulling teeth. Unless you are a favorite still pretty hardvto get .10 out of him. Hes a bussiness man
