Interviewed Sep 2010 (took 2 days)
Applied for the job through the website and received a response by phone from the District Manager. The DMs handle hiring for store positions. I was offered a position at a different store location than the one I applied for. Seems as though this is fairly common since the company receives low number of applicants for the rate of turnover. Interview consisted of a meeting and job breakdown with the local store manager that lasted roughly an hour and then a later sit down interview with the DM. Proper attire is laid out in correspondence before the interview but I would suggest wearing blue since that is the company color. No hard questions were asked but the focus seemed to be mostly on how committed you would be to staying on at the company.

Negotiation Details
From my understanding the company does not negotiate wages for any of the part time or sales positions since they are set company wide. There may be exceptions but I had no experience with negotiations.
Other Details
I Applied Online and the interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview, a Skills Test and a Personality Test.

Interviewed Jan 2012 in Saint Louis, MO (took 5 days)
The interview process consist of filling out an online application that includes all of your past work experience. I spent a considerable amount of time reworking my resume only to find out that they didn't need/never look at it. There is also an online comprehension test that ask questions and has you pair up or pick out the best answers. The test is timed and is based off how accurately you respond and how many questions you answer (they never show or tell you the results).

Interviewed Apr 2009 (took a day)
Found the job posting from an unemployment agency posting. Applied, took the assessment, and was contacted a month later to interview. Interviewed with a DM and GM in the same day. Asked questions of previous work history. Also asked scenario type questions. Very informal interview process. Dress the part, have a good resume, and don't back down in negotiation. Offered the position and took the offer. Easiest interview I've ever done.

Interviewed May 2010 in Peoria, IL (took a day)
There wasn't much of an interview process. I applied on line and had to take an IQ test, then received a call later that day to come in for an "interview". I was told to bring a copy of my driving record. When I showed up for an interview, there wasn't much of one. The manager asked me about my work history then told me what I would be making. He had me fill out some paperwork and then took me on a driving test. After the test, he stuck me out on the sales floor and I started training.

Interviewed Oct 2011 in Gainesville, FL (took 2 weeks)
Met the DM at a career fair, applied online, got the interview with store manager 1 week later. Then a 2nd interview with the DM i originally met. Did not like the fact that I had too many jobs in the past because it showed that I was not loyal to a company.

Interviewed Aug 2011 (took 5 days)
Went into a job search place reviewing part time options and found myself in the middle of a personality/skills test. Didn't think I did that well but got emailed anyway. Followed up and interviewed. Pretty basic questions, "What attracted you about the job?" etc. Store manager didn't know if he could make the offer, and when he did, didn't know salary, which is $10/hour. No drug test. No background check. No reference checks.
Very customer service oriented and forgiving of learning curve needed for job. More a place for someone young with a desire for a long and possibly slow career path or someone passing through. My sense is if you're in the right place at the right time and this is you thing, opportunities will open up.

Take it or leave it. You need to be willing to take a low pay job and decide where you go from there (i.e., just passing through, or entering a carer track).
