you have to apply on line. they called me for an interview that night. i went into fazoli's and it just consisted of some questions. they are really looking for your presentation. it was in the dining room.

The interview happened out on the floor, in the middle of the room. He was rude and seemed distracted. He kept getting up to sweep or to take out the tresh. He looked down his nose at me the entire time and acted like I was wasteing his time. There were two botths with people in them.

It was a dirty resturant and the manager was rude. It was all I could do not to say something. I knew I wouldn't be able to work with people like him.

The company called me a day after submitting my application, and set up an interview. The initial interview was very short, and consisted of the typical questions. The second interview was with the general manager of the store I would be a manager of, and that was longer, but mostly because the GM did not stop talking. The GM didn't really ask any insightful or meaningful questions, and I cannot really say why I got the job
