Interviewed Aug 2010 in Anaheim, CA (took 3 days)
The interview process took about 1 hour and a half. Dress professional. A suit and a tie shows seriousness. Remember working as an Package Handler is tough work. I recommend you be in shape. Stamina is needed if you want to keep up with loading over a 1000 box a day.

Interviewed Dec 2007 in Lewisberry, PA (took a day)
It was pretty basic interview... Do you have a pulse?, Can you lift 50lbs or more unassisted?, Why do you want to work here?, Describe a challenge you have faced in the past?
The Human Recorce people are pretty friendly, take you on a tour of the hub, then you go back and apply for the job on their computers, and after all that they give you an interview. The human recorces people don't really do any actual package handling and don't have a good grasp of who is going to last or actually be able to perform the jobs.
