There were 2 interviews. One at a job fair and a followup at the store. The second interview was with two store managers. They were professional yet created a relaxed environment. Behavioral questions were asked pertaining to the position. The managers were looking for balance in my life so they asked about what I do when not working.

i was brought into the manager's office with the assistant manager also attending. They asked me if i had any experience in graphic design, which i do after taking classes in high school. they handed me a work order and asked me to read it. i read it and passed. they asked me about my most recent job and how much i was paid. after the interview i was contacted pretty much the next day, got my drug test form and was hired within a week.

Negotiation Details
at this time i did not negotiate because i couldn't afford to. They started me off at 10.50. currently i am a higher title making 11.50 while waiting on an even higher promotion hopefully making over 13.
Other Details
I Applied Online and the interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview, an IQ/Intelligence Test, a Drug Test and a Background Check.
