Interviewed Mar 2008 (took 2 days)
I applied online and got a call to meet at the HUB and begin an interview. I arrived and sat in a large room with about 2 dozen others. We watched a video about the company and the things we would be required to do. After the video we had a few pages to fill out asking us questions about the video we had just seen. They were basically our opinions and testing us on the video. They then explained to us the work load involved and mentioned that many people tend to quit after a week or month because they realize they are physically incapable of doing the work. They warned us that unless we were completely confident in our ability to lift heavy materials and and to load trucks in the heat that we should leave now. I stayed. After we had a tour of the hub and watched others work as handlers. We were able to ask questions and get a real feel for what it would be like to work there.
After all this we were permitted to go home and about 2 days later I received a call for a one on one interview. After that interview they basically told me to fill out the paper work because I was being hired.

Interviewed Aug 2009 in Portland, OR (took 4 days)
Called job hotline. Set up appointment to visit facility to observe the operation. Toured the facility and made appointment for interview for the next day. Met with Service Manager for interview. Answered questions about prior experience and how they might apply to the job being interviewed for. Nothing about this job falls into the category of rocket science. Just a very labor intensive job in extreme conditions either very hot in the summer or very cold in the winter. The hours are difficult to deal with - 4 am to 7 am. Mainly what the Service Manager is looking for is whether or not you can stick with the job given the conditions since the turnover rate can be high for people who aren't accustomed to such a physical job in less than desirable conditions.
Negotiation Details
No negotiations took place. I was just happy to get the job.
