Interviewed Apr 2010 in Washington, PA (took a day)
Telephonic interviews almost for an hour and then site interview. hey concentrated on behaviour based 10 general questions. HR ask more questions based on personality and team work etc, educational details. Then 1:1 interview process with other 3 senior scientist and finally with director. All questions were technical questions related to my experinces and job descrptions. Each interview went for atleast 1 hr. Then presentation for 30 minutes and again final interview with Director. After 3 weeks offer letter.

The interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview, a Group/Panel Interview, a Presentation, an IQ/Intelligence Test, a Skills Test, a Personality Test, a Drug Test and a Background Check.

Very cordial. Met with two managers who had a list of prepared questions. Most were behaviorally based - that is, "tell us about a time when..."
I asked the principle how he viewed the relationship with this position. Based on his answer i honestly responded to follow-up questions with a spin consistent with his answer. Apparently I misread his answer and proceeded to say exactly the wrong thing - that I was interested in the development vs. maintenance of programs.
