Interviewed Dec 2009 in Sao Paulo, Sao Paulo (Brazil) (took 2 months)
The first step was a CV screening. After that, three tests: verbal reasoning, mathematical reasoning and foreign language test (english). There was a first pannel that last for the whole morning. The candidates approved were invited for a collective interview with the human resources team. Those approved had a second pannel (with managers) where they had to do a presentation. After that some candidates were invited with interview with managers. The final response was given after two weeks.

For the trainee program, there was no negotiation: the company offered a fixed package (salary + benefits).

I Applied Online and the interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview, a Group/Panel Interview, a Presentation, an IQ/Intelligence Test, a Skills Test, a Personality Test and a Background Check.
