Interviewed Dec 2009 (took 3 days)
first came a call from HR informing that resume has been selected. Then followed one round of technical interview by senior manager and a technology guy. Then HR round about salary expectation. Finally one to one with a very senior manager. Finally was asked to fill in details for back ground verification. The whole process took close to 20 days.

Interviewed Feb 2011 in London, England (United Kingdom) (took 1 week)
The interviewer was very friendly and the interview was a standard first round interview. The typical competency based question were asked like:
why fidelity?
why you want to work in a fund and not in investment banking?
tell me a situation where you had to use your leadership abilities
tell me a situation where you had to use your skills to solve a conflict

Interviewed and No Offer
|
Interviewed Jun 2009 (took a day)
The interview was set up by a recruiter. My contact was made once the interview was set up. My interview was with one person and lasted approximately 3 hours. The interviewer was not from the region and had lots of questions about work experience internationally and in the region. The value of working internationally and across cultures to address challenges was viewed as valuable experience. Because of my legal background the recruiter contacted me after and advise that the interviewer was very impressed with my background and experience and wanted to consider me for another position that would be opening in a couple of months. Ultimately the timing was not right for me so I withdrew before receving an offer
