Interviewed Nov 2011 in Boston, MA (took a day)
Sent me an email asking if they could give me a call. I hesitate to define the phone call as an interview, they more or less just wanted to see if I was interested. They invited me to come in to their Boston office for interviews. There were about 8 other candidates, all of them also applying to the software engineering track of the leap program. There were 3, 30 minute interviews..two were with projects managers, one of which was with a software engineer. No technical questions were asked; lots of "What was a time where you took a leadership role?", "What was one of your hardest objects you've overcome?" type questions. It felt like I was answering the same questions over and over in the 3 different interviews. I talked in depth about projects I have done and some of my favorite CS courses and that seemed to please the interviewer (and may be why they asked me no technical questions) so I would recommend doing that. If you are going in for an interview have examples of when you led a group project ready..you're gunna need them. Also they gave me a free umbrella, so thats nice.

Interviewed Oct 2011 in Boston, MA (took 4+ weeks)
This was for the IT Audit Analyst. I first encountered the position at Fidelity via a career fair. Two days later, I was contacted for an on campus interview with two people. Finally, made it to the second round of interviews at the main office in Boston. The interview was with 6-7 people for 30 minutes each. It was quite repetitive to the point where I feel like I was repeating myself. Some of the interviewers seemed rather rushed or tired. They asked mostly behavioral questions and why I wanted to go into auditing. However, I was asked to explain what object oriented programming was which caught me off guard. Regardless, I thought I answered all the questions honestly and eagerly. Some people seemed rather impressed with my resume and attitude. Others not so much. With this much said, I did not receive an offer.

Interviewed Apr 2011 in Boston, MA (took a day)
I was called on a Saturday morning by one of the hiring managers stating she had obtained my resume from my college's career site and that she was interested in bringing me in for an interview. She told me the days and times they had available and I selected my best fit. The day of my interview I went to the office where they had a brunch set up for all of the candidates in that section. Then two employees from the company came and spoke to us "informally and off the record" about any questions we may have. The rest of the day consisted of 3 one on one interviews with 3 different people. One was from college relations/HR and two were managers in the finance departments. Overall it was mostly a behavioral interview and we went through my resume each time. There were no skills based questions.

Interviewed Jun 2011 in Boston, MA (took a day)
The interview process consisted of five one on one interviews.
Two of them were simple fit and resume interviews. They asked the usual questions: "Why do you want to work at Fidelity?", "Walk me through your resume", "Why are you interested in asset management?", etc.
During my interview with the quantitative analysis head, I was asked some very simple questions relating to regressions. He wrote out a regression and asked what it would mean if the coefficient attached to a variable was large and negative and then what a negative "T" score of three would mean.
The only case study was a question dealing with a coffee maker and what I thought the residential and office market sizes for it would be. I was then given a very simple word problem.
The people were very nice and the interviews were fairly casual. I thought that I interviewed very well and was informed, on a later date, that they liked but could not hire me. They thought that I was too "green" to hire, especially considering that I showed primary interest in the fundamental analysis group.

Mostly just chatting. They wanted to make sure I paid attention to what was going on in the world, and that I would fit in at Fidelity. Asked what sectors I would be in right now, and was asked once out of 4 interviews for a stock reccomendation
