Interview Details – The hiring process is intense! I had two phone interviews before my on-site interview, which lasted for 4 hours. During the on-site interview, I was interviewed in a group by two different managers, and then was interviewed individually by two managers together. Afterwards, we were given a logical reasoning exam to test our deductive and inferential reasoning skills.
Interview Question – "Give us an example of when you made a serious mistake at work and had to fix it." Answer Question
Negotiation Details – No negotiation, the starting salary is non-negotiable and the starting date is assigned in a co-hort.
