Interviewed Jul 2010 in Jacksonville, FL (took 2 weeks)
They use that annoying interview model of a zillion "Describe a time when..." questions. I personally prefer questions that are tailored to the job itself or a more structured, "What would you do if..." type format...the interview room was cramped and claustrophobic. The entire process took about 3 hours.
Interview Questions
Reason for Declining
Pay was prohibitive, love the culture, but I can't eat culture.
Other Details
I Applied Online and the interview consisted of a Background Check, a Group/Panel Interview and a Phone Interview.

Interviewed Jul 2010 in Jacksonville, FL (took 2+ weeks)
You'll start out with a phone interview, very basic, primary purpose is to really understand what the job is and if you're still interested. The second phase is a on site interview. The on site consists of a group interview with other candidates, 2-on-one interview, and an intelligence test. The group interview is pretty much an introduction to Fidelity; listen ask a question or two and your set. The second part of the on site interview is with 2 managers and yourself... they'll ask you basic questions, most of which come from a bank of questions they'll bring with them, standard HR questions, Why do you want to do this job? Goals? etc... very basic. The last part of the on site interview is an intelligence test, broad based logic test, you either got it or you don't. A few days later they call, offer you the job and then your set from there.

Interviewed Dec 2010 in Jacksonville, FL (took 2 months)
2 phone interviews, Company introduction/ preview,1 face to face interview with 2 managers, Watson/Glazer test. The next day the HR manager calls back to tell me he has the results. The only results I needed was yes or no on getting the job. I did not need to know the managers opinion of me.

Interviewed Mar 2010 in Jacksonville, FL (took 2 weeks)
Applied online after graduating from college. Received a call from HR a week later to schedule a phone interview. The phone interview lasted about an hour. My interviewer was a very pleasant lady, and made the process very nice. She first asked me about about my work experience, personal motivations, and personality details. After the "get to know you" portion, she asked me questions relating to skills that I would need on the job, and asked for specific examples in my previous work experience that I demonstrated said skills. After 8-10 questions, she asked if I had any for her. I asked the typical questions that are supposed to be asked in this situation. Very smooth interview. She told me some things she liked about me and said they wanted to continue the interview process next week on site. I had my in person interview the next week with 2 hiring managers. I could not have nailed this interview any better. I really connected to the women interviewing me, and had a great time talking to them. They asked similar questions as before. After a Watson-Glaser test, I headed home.

The company with first meet with you in person. Next do a phone interview and last have the hiring agent call you. It was a call center so the environment was very laid back.

Interviewed Jun 2010 in Jacksonville, FL (took a day)
The recruiter called me the next day to schedule for a phone interview. In the phone interview is where we discussed details of my resume and he asked several behavioral questions. I had not been on interview in some time so the questions were somewhat difficult for me. Alot of the questions, once I answered them, the recruiter had a quick come back question that I was not prepared for. Needless to say I was not asked to continue in the interviewing process.

Interviewed Jun 2010 in Jacksonville, FL (took 3 weeks)
It started out with an online application that took about 10-15 minutes to complete. Next I was contacted by an HR representative and asked a few simple questions before we scheduled the phone interview. The next day they conducted the phone interview and at the end we set up a time for the in-person interview. This is a four hour process that started with everyone checking in and introducing ourselves. After that we all are escorted to a conference room where they put on a 45-55 minute presentation about Fidelity. After that we were given a tour of the floor we would be working on if hired, which lasted about 30-40 minutes. We were then taken back to the conference room for some Q&A, which lasted about 20-25 minutes and was very friendly and open. Following this comes the interview, consisting of two managers per candidate. We were taken into smaller rooms and asked a very structured set of questions. After you part ways with your managers you are taken into another conference room where you are required to take a test judging basic inference and deductive skills.

Interviewed Jan 2010 in Jacksonville, FL (took 3 weeks)
Applied online and recieved a call a few weeks later. I was asked to do a phone interview and after that came in for a presentation about the company and for a two manager group interview. I had a new resume submitted online and crafted it in a way to highlight Customer Service experience and adapted it for the phone role I was applying for. Know yourself and know how you might fit in with the company. Be professional at all times and Put the customer first.

Negotiation Details
I did not attempt to negotiate. There were 400 applicants, of that maybe 100 were interviewed and 19 got the job. Of which I was one. I was happy with that, not having experience.
