I applied online and the process took 6 weeks - interviewed at Financial Services Authority in August 2011.

Interview Details – First round assessment Centre consists of group exercise which is filmed and watched by psychologists from the external recruitment firm,you're in a group of 6 people, try and remember their names and include the more quiet members of the team in the discussion. Then you take a paper version of the online numerical test. You are then given an e-tray exercise, basically answering an email giving your recommendations.
Second round assessment: competency based interview with two FSA managers, lasts about 45 minutes. You are then given information that you need to analyse, summerise and present to two managers, they will ask questions about your findings.
