Interviewed Aug 2009 in Matteson, IL (took 2 months)
First, I applied online and was called in for a interview about a week later.
The interview was really based off of behavioral questions and were really common sense.
The people that worked at the store were great, and friendly. I did enjoy my time working there. The only problem is that the company is full of it!

Interviewed Oct 2011 in Raleigh, NC (took 1 week)
Down to Earth guy. Very cool. The interview was super easy. He just asked was I comfortable working with the public and asked if I had a flexible schedule and that was about it. I haven't heard back from him yet because he went on vacation for a few days, but I hope to hear back from him soon so I can start working there! No need to be nervous at all. Kind of a waste for how far I had to travel but still was an easy and relaxed interview.

Interviewed Jul 2011 (took a day)
The interview process was very simple. I received a phone call and the store manager asked if I could come in that day for an interview. When I arrived about 45 minutes later, the manager quickly sat me down and asked a few questions about my availability and why I wanted to work there. That was the entire interview.

Interviewed Aug 2011 (took 2 weeks)
I submitted an application online and got a call for the interview a few days later. I met the store manager at the store in the mall and we went to a secluded part of the mall where we could sit and start the interview. It was basic questions about my experiences and my future goals. Overall it was a very good interview and very comfortable.

Interviewed Aug 2010 (took 1+ week)
After I applied online, a manager from Finish Line called me to set up my first interview. It was just a routine interview (basic questions). Then he told me that if they were interested they would set up a second interview. Was called up two days later for the second interview. After about a week they called, offered me a position, and made me take a drug test.
The interviews were about 30 minutes long, and were about as basic questions as you can get. Don't be nervous, just research interview questions online.

Negotiation Details
No negotiation at all. There are 8 stores in about a 50 mile radius, and whatever store they offer, you have to take. And be prepared that they shuffle around their Assistant Managers and MIT's about every 2-3 months.
